| The original Carindale
Hotel/Motel was opened in 1981. In a major refurbishment
in 1998 all but the accommodation tower was demolished.
The current "version" of the Carindale Hotel was
fully reopened in August 1999.This rebuild created the Hotel's
current facilities of Finnigan's Chin Irish Pub, Win Win
Win Gaming Lounge, restaurant tsb and function space. The
Hotel's 59 accommodation rooms underwent a refurbishment
of their own in 2001, leading to the Hotel achieving 4 star
status in February 2003 which was reaffirmed in September
